Singing bowls are ancient instruments that originated from Tibet and are traditionally made of copper, brass, or bronze. They produce a rich, deep sound when struck or played with a mallet, which can help create a relaxing atmosphere and promote a deep sense of calm and balance.
What is Sound Healing with Singing Bowls?
Sound healing is an alternative therapy that uses sound waves to balance the body and mind. When played, the singing bowl's sound waves can penetrate deep into the body, affecting our brain waves and inducing a state of deep relaxation. These sessions can help to release physical and emotional blockages, reduce stress and anxiety, and promote overall well-being.
What to Expect from a Singing Bowl Session?
At my singing bowl sessions, I provide a safe and comfortable environment where you can relax and fully experience the benefits of sound healing. During the session, you'll lie down on a comfortable mat or table, and I will place singing bowls on different parts of your body, including the chest, stomach, and head.
These sessions typically last ca. 60 minutes. I may combine other healing modalities such as guided meditation, breathwork, or aromatherapy to enhance your experience. I recommend wearing comfortable clothing and bringing a water bottle to stay hydrated.
