Reiki is used on its own merits as an effective way of assisting with a variety of ailments. It is particularly helpful for assisting the body’s natural healing abilities, reducing pain and stress, increasing vitality, inducing relaxation and generally giving one a sense of balance.
Reiki is safe to use in conjunction with and compliments other medical treatments, healing methods and therapies, such as acupuncture, chiropractic and psychotherapy etc.

Some meditations that are designed to enhance energy flow within your body are part of each of my classes.
Classes are set up in small intimate group settings. Usually max. 4 persons per class. Adult classes differ from Young Adults. For more information please contact me directly.
Singing bowl session
The physical vibration of the sound waves, when a singing bowl is placed directly on the body (or held a few inches from the body) delicately massages the cells and organs and releases energy blockages. The sound of a singing bowl influences the brain waves in a positive and balanced way, and has a calming effect on the nervous system. Singing bowls promote deep relaxation with subtle but sometimes profound healing effects.
Mind, Body and soul in balance
A small group of likeminded people started a combined effort to create events based on the idea that people are interested in undertaking a journey from the outside world to their inner nature. However, to be able to get to our inner nature we found that it helps to pause the outside world for a bit, to properly reconnect and refocus.
Our mini-retreats will mostly be located in the Windsor Essex area in the most stunning and peaceful settings, so that our guests can enjoy an enriching and memorable experience that will change the concept of daily life into moments of deep connection and appreciation.
